Police Information Check

All volunteers are required to complete a Police Information Check.

  • Download and print form
  • Fill out and drop off at the local police station
  • Once completed, the police department will contact you to come and pick it up
  • Return the completed form to the school office

Erase Bullying

Erase is all about building safe and caring school communities. This includes empowering students, parents, educators and the community partners who support them to get help with challenges, report concerns to schools, and learn about complex issues facing students.
